Folders, Admin help wanted, and rules OHMAI

OKAY, so after a very long hull, I have finally gotten the folders figured out. A few of them are completely locked off to the public because they are not being used as of right this minute (Those would be the Grimmhime Tanabata, Contests, and Secret santa's folders). When we can get some active administrative party members (no Kira face I'm not ragging on you this time XD), we might be able to start opening some of those up (such as contests, and maybe even doing Sekertsanta type things more often).

Okay so back to the folders, Each folder has like one simple rule (seriously) until you get to the more complex ones like "All in the Family" or "Friends and OTPsx5000" Then I direct you carefully to maintain the rules and such that DA has laid down upon us as Admins of communities.

I am not trying to be a control freak about things, I'd just really like to see this community keep going strong, and live and prosper for another day type thing if you get what I'm saying.

One of the rules one a few of the folders is that an image will take 3 votes in order for it to be submitted to the group (this is not because we're superior or anything) It's just because we want to make sure -you- as a memeber are sending your art to the right folders! SO BECAUSE OF THIS.
